Sometimes, the UPS guy will mark packages delivered before they arrive at your door. I have had times where I come home for lunch to pick up a delivered item only to have a UPS guy knock on the door at 7pm.

Crazy. I was eating white castles the same night I had my wisdom teeth removed. I was eating fairly normally a few days after, and by the next week I was eating things like steak.

However, to prepare for being unable to eat solid foods, I had made myself a large pot of congee. It's an Asian rice porridge that's pretty much like chicken noodle soup when it comes to sick/comfort food. To this, I crumbled in ground beef. No need to chew, it's hearty, and has protein.

I just had to be very careful to wash out my sockets; those healed up and filled up very fast. In fact, by the time I went in for a check up two weeks later, I was basically 100%.

Four wisdom teeth, all very deeply impacted. They put me under and gave me painkillers. I ended up taking them the next day, in fear of the pain people were telling me about. The only pain was the dehydration they caused. It really messed up my stomach.

Look for a product called Tanac for your sore. Its an oral antiseptic that also numbs the crap out of the area where it's applied. You'll be able to eat comfortably again.

Out Of Frequency

I did the same thing. Brought in a launch PS3 that would no longer read discs and a 360.

The girl behind the counter asked which console I was going to get. We had a bunch of small talk while she was prepping the systems. She had someone earlier in the day walk in with multiple consoles that they bought on Craigslist.

She did not test the systems to see if they powered on but did take a controller, the power supply/cable, and HDMI cable for each system. They had both the PS4 and One in stock at 7pm on a Friday night.

I think when people get nostalgic and talk about X-Wing vs. TIE Fighter, they are thinking of X-Wing AND Tie Fighter. Vs. was a huge let down, as a huge part of why TIE Fighter was great was that story. That, and stupid flares could lock on to your ship and knock you off course.

As to why X-Wing Alliance wasn't recognized as a great game? I think it's because it came out around the time Freespace came out. Freespace had a great story and its gameplay revealed something about the Lucas Arts space-sims. After Freespace, X-Wing Alliance felt like you were a turret in space. Freespace had a sensation of movement and scale that I don't think any other space-sims had at the time. Top it off with 3d graphics that were incredibly textured for the time and for me, it's easy to see why Alliance is kind of forgotten.

However, I think I may need to revisit Alliance. I never beat it and modders have been busy little bees!

Tons of new ship models!

Yup. At least he wasn't beating someone with their own dog, giving people silicone butt injections, or masturbating in public to Tidus from FFX laughing on a ten hour loop.

It does kind of suck. The original armors were pretty cool. I especially liked the look of the titan armor; however genetically modified soldiers have their own armor sets and they all look rather bland. Like, first tier armor look.

I didn't know there was an ini fix. Off to get my titan armor back!

Yeah. Woke up, saw the story, and thought it said sell-in!

The price point is a really good one, both for consumers and ebay flippers.Hopefully production keeps up with demand so that the ebay flippers are sitting on inventory they can't move.

Sell through does not mean sold to customers.

I am sure the PS4 did well. But sold through is a specific term that means shipped to stores. Ghosts sold through a billion dollars. A billion dollars worth of inventory was provided to stores. The Vita sold through X units on day one. Cept you can still buy those launch Vitas.
