The Vsync is not working so you have to disable it ingame and enable it elsewhere, also theres a option to disable motion blur via .ini file which is a must because it looks really fucking ugly with it on.
Other than that its a old UE3 game so if you have a decent machine it runs well, played with a 360 controller so i have no idea how it is with a m&k.

The city design is so much better than before, doesnt beat Asylum yet but definetly better than City.

Had to do the registry fix to fix the stuttering, other than that its running great.
As to how they changed the overall looks of the game im not sure which i prefer yet..
