Good old-fashioned-Japanese-arcade-shooter-Gears-of-War-insanity. Way better than Momma's chocolate pie.

Thought it would be another weak expansion with no creative direction. Turns out I was wrong. Its A LOT better than Fallout 3. Best RPG this year.

There's a lot I don't like about Mass Effect 2, but its best in class in some aspects so I have to put on the list.

Excellent controls, great music and awesome level design make SMB one of the great arcade experiences of the year.

Never liked original Pac-Man, but the CE DX version remixes the game into something completely new and addictive.

Not as good as it could have been, second-half of the game is a bit disappointing with too much puzzles and platform jumping. But the first-half is absolutely amazing.

Yeeep, I'm putting this one on here. No I haven't played it myself, watching the endurance run was enough. But it has some strange qualities that make it stand out above the rest of pretty much everything else that came out this year. Swery somehow came up with a game that's so bizarre and quintessentially Japanese, I just have give it some sort of recognition, it has its heart in the right place.
