Hello and welcome to the latest edition of the Giant Bomb Community Spotlight! First off as seen above Giant Bomb is hosting a Mother's Day premium subscription sale where you can buy a yearlong subscription for just $35! Read more about the sale over here. Giant Bomb is also a new Reddit Gold partner! However, this is all avoiding the real big news this week which is Giant Bomb is hiring. If you haven't heard Giant Bomb is looking for an associate editor as well as a summer web design intern. Finally...may God have mercy on all of us...Jeff has re-enabled anonymous questions on his Tumblr account.

Wonderful Wikis

The first four pages serve as a "Best Hits" showcase of the great wiki work that @hailinel and @yummylee have done now that they have broken the 200k and 100k point barriers respectively! We also have awesome wiki pages for Mario Golf and Kirby for the 3DS.

Best of Blogs

PAX Prime is also coming up and Fobwashed is going to plan another potentially ill-conceived t-shirt sale for Giant Bomb attendees at the cost of his sanity. We also had two major wiki breakthroughs this week! First Hailinel broke the 200k mark, and shortly after that Yummylee broke the 100K mark! Not to be left behind in regards to the wiki bobafettjm has another update on his weekly wiki activity. Meanwhile Pufferfiz completed his April Game Jam and you can read about his final thoughts on the event, and even play the game he made on his blog. LordAndrew is chronicling the Great Wii Wi-Fi Disconnection by plugging in hours into Smash Bros. Brawl online...and no you can still not have "Project M" on the database, please leave me alone. Video_Game_King got kinky with duck based Anatidae, with Ducktales Remastered and Maui Mallard this week. Mento whipped up two episodes of his May Madness blog series. One examined indie horror games, and the other featured a menagerie of game sequels. SgtSphynx wrote the most "impassioned" blog this week with a plea on how "inverted" controls are the real "normal" controls. MikeLemmer has two blogs examining SMITE. The first details why the core mechanics add some fresh air to the MOBA format, but he also pontificates on how the game's depiction of its female avatars could sway away newcomers from the game. Similarly morecowbell24 breaks down why the Dota 2 online community has completely soured his experience with the game. Hurricanehaines shares his doubt that the next generation of consoles and games will see any improvement in the quality of movie tie-ins. BalineBlaine ponders on the questionable pricing of the Analogue Nt, whereas YukoAsho shares her experiences with the Super Retro Trio. GrantHeaslip articulates why he found Mario & Luigi: Dream Team wanting, and BlazeHedgehog has a wonderfully edited and comprehensive video review of DKC: Tropical Freeze worth checking out. Pezen attempts to exprolate on why he enjoyed Bioshock Infinite despite not enjoy previous entries in the franchise. Finally MajorMitch rounded up the games he played this week, and DevourerofTime lists off the games he's excited to play this summer.

Fantastic Forums

Special thanks go to atholm who has used the Giant Bomb API to create an easy to navigate app on iOS for the Giant Bomb wiki database. It's closer than any of the staff are ready to admit, but feel free to join our 2014 E3 prediction and speculation thread. We also have discussion thread for the Spring Humble Bundle as well as for the Wildstar open beta. Finally join other users in chronicling the best random/impulse purchases you have made.

Lovable Lists

First off Hailinel has a list version of his top wiki submissions that pushed him over the 200k mark. On the other hand WingWithGusto has a list of the games that effectively map out his gaming tastes and preferences.
