It's a damn shame. For my money, The LAW is/was the best wrestling content out there. I would love if they continued as a team somehow but I don't know how realistic that is.

I think this is totally just to drive ticket sales at house shows. They do it every once in a while to show "Anything can happen at a WWE Live Event". Same as when Joe beat Balor for the NXT title at a NXT live event.

I just went back and rewatched it. They rang the bell prior to the announcing of the competitors (Traditional in a title match). The bell ringing to actually start the match didnt happen until Jericho came out.
