This is more of a "good dumb" moment, but one of your characters in Shadow Hearts: Covenant is powered up by finding gay pornography for a tailor to make new dresses for your magic doll.
I remember support/healer classes in that game could target friendlies and enemies at the same time, which meant you could use offensive and defensive powers simultaneously. Can't think of any other game to do that, and it was awesome. Also, me and my friends called Witch Hunters "Swayzes" (like the actor) for some dumb reason.
-Figuring out what an SRK motion really was when looking at the notation in in-game move lists.
-It took until my second play through of the original Kingdom Hearts to learn that special moves (Ars Arcanum, Sonic Rave) had multiple hits if you kept pressing the command.
There was a pretty cool shot of the Knights of Ren that flashed by briefly that also went completely unaddressed.
I wonder if those characters were initially going to have their own scene, but it got cut. Or maybe that part was left in so Disney could make more action figures.
Really interested to see the Knights of Ren in a bigger context. They strike me as analogous to the nazghul and we haven't really seen an elite cadre of dark force users in the Star Wars films. I suspect they will come into prominence with Ren leading them to hunt down Rey and Luke.
Also, was it just me, or was Ren's design reminiscent of Darth Revan? I went back and looked at a few images and they aren't as similar as I previously thought, but I will at least say Ren's design is closer to Revan then his idol Vader.
