It is psychic action game on the Xbox 1. I'll probably get it when I get an XBox1. I know that Jeff reviewed it. But does the community think it's good?

Was Psi Ops: Mind Gate Conspiracy good?
There's a scene where you walk into a gas chamber, and soldiers run in behind you, locking you in.
So as the room is filling with gas, what do you do? You use your telekinesis to grab the guard outside the glass door, and smash him into it until it bursts open, and you escape.
So, yeah, Psi-Ops was fucking rad.

It made you feel godlike, which is always nice. However it was stupidly short, but these days you can get it dirt cheap so thats not such a bad thing anymore.
Short answer: yes.
Long answer: HOLY SHIT FUCK PISSBALLS YES!
Psi-Ops has to be one of the biggest hidden gems out there! The story was pretty damn good, the gameplay was awesome (especially since next to no one were using the type of physics they had in that game), the level designs were pretty open-ended in how you could approach them, and the multiplayer co-op component was hilariously ridiculous and awesome at the same time.
I also happened to really enjoy the Cold song that was made specifically for that game:
I'm still hoping that one of the properties Microsoft picked up in the Midway fire sale was Psi-Ops. I would DIE for a sequel to that fucking game, especially because the original ended with SUCH A FUCKING CLIFFHANGER!!! I NEED to know what happens!!!
It was pretty cool, going through a few Ps2 games a while ago I actually played it again, and it's a bit dull before you get your first powers. I only played through the first level so I didn't get to the good stuff like Mind Control and Mind Drain, so wonderfully exploitable those were.
I was always a little disappointed with Pyrokenesis though, I would have liked more control in how I burned things.
Game was pretty awesome to mess around with. I had a bunch of guards taking cover down a hallway once, and they sent one guy forward to come get me. I proceeded to set him on fire, hold him up in the air, riddle him with bullets, and thrown him down the hallway at his buddies like a missle, inadvertently setting off an explosion and killing them all. Made any of the annoying parts completely worth it.
Also, the multiplayer was goddamned ridiculous in the best possible way.
...Multiplayer Psi-Ops Endurance Run? Please?
Psi-ops was one of the coolest games ever. I hope they make a sequel sometime soon (though i don't see that happening).
Agreed, completely." Short answer: yes.

Sadly Acclaim like fools stole the entire story and such. That game turned me onto cold which has some awesome music.
This is a great game! The type of game where I wouldn't mind starting over from a checkpoint because it just meant I'd get to play through the section again and try new stuff.
