new video showing off Quantum Break and Sam Lake Talking, Game looks really SICK and Sam Lake still look handsome as fuck. A 2015 title, nothing will be shown at E3 2014. Gamescom will have gameplay footage. Shown a bit early like Halo 5 so i thought it would be a 2014 title (like Halo 5) but then came to my sense since it's Remedy. I wont be surprised if it's delayed till 2018 since it's Remedy.
Quantum Break
Game » consists of 5 releases. Released Apr 05, 2016
A third-person shooter from the studio behind Max Payne and Alan Wake, with heavy time-travel and time-manipulation themes.
New Quantum Break Video, 2015 Title.
I dunno, Sam Lake looks kinda freaky to me.
Game looks good though! Maybe I'll have an Xbox One by the time it comes out.
I'm guessing this will have some pretty awesome multiplayer. I'm thinking crazy Max Payne style with time adjustment powers, and bad ass vaulting and shotguns. I'm down.

Nnnnnnnnnnnnnnno. Remedy is more of a single player developer. Pretty sure that's where they'll stay forever and ever and ever an...
I'm excited to see the game. This & Sunset Overdrive make me want an X1. But MS would have to announce a third exclusive I'm interested in to make me get one. C'mon E3!
Trailer did nothing for me. Don't quite get the whole TV show angle either yet. I guess the whole stopping time thing is kinda cool, but besides cinematic moments in cutscenes, what new can you really do with it gameplay-wise?
That said, I love the Max Payne games, and Alan Wake is one of my favorite experiences in terms of structure and presenation - so yeah, this might turn out really awesome. From the promotional material we've seen thus far though, I'm not yet sold on it at all.
I just want to see Max Payne talk about video games. Forever ingrained in my mind, even if he was a (compared to modern games) low-poly, low-tech version of Sam Lake and hair technology of the day could never reproduce that slick.
Actually, Quantum Break was partially responsible for me buying an Xbox One because I've just loved Remedy games and they tend to be locked up to Microsoft for quite awhile (not ideal, but literally the only reason I own consoles is for exclusives because I also have the ole' power PC, so why not). I sure do hope this one turns out to be something more from a gameplay standpoint than what I've seen so far of it, though. We also haven't seen a whole lot of what it will be, so I can remain cautious but hopeful.
........so is the tv show stuff a tv show or something inside the game
TV show, do stuff in game gives you different cuts of the show depending on actions in game.
Sam Lake just talked for 2 minutes without saying anything new.
I mean, that's the best part of this trailer. THAT VOICE
I think that this may be the thing that makes me go buy a Xbox One.

If I understand it correctly, there will be episodes of the live action tv show on the game disc. Based on your choices throughout the game, you will watch different episodes or there will be variants on the episodes. Not sure if I've understood it right, since they've been pretty bad at explaining the concept so far.

As I understand it, the "TV show" aspect of the game is in the game itself and are essentially live action cutscenes. Different versions of the TV stuff will play depending on the choices you make in the game.
I'm excited. I found Alan Wake's combat boring but this looks like it will has some interesting things going on. I heard some rumors about there being cloning of yourself (kind of like Super Time Force). In the trailer here it at least looks pretty crazy, like full stopping of time and rewinding too.
Plus the TV show angle and choices to be made. Sounds pretty crazy. Trying something new that's for sure.
Hmm Gamescom is slowly starting to become more and more appealing in terms of exclusive gameplay reveals and news.
That said I'm still bummed we won't get to see Quantum Break at E3. It's really the only exclusive Xbox title that could even make me consider buying an Xbox One. But I'm still going to buy a Playstation 4.
Wait, when they said game/show experience, they actually meant a literal live/action show.... oh man... this is gonna be... weird... we'll see.
It's a shame that it's getting delayed, since it's one of the few games that might have enticed me to get an Xbox One, now Sunset Overdrive no longer appeals to me. But I'd rather they spend as much time on games to polish them up.
