Officially revealed at Ubisoft's 2010 E3 press briefing, Rayman Origins is a new 2D Rayman game developed by Michel Ancel and a small team, taking the series back to its roots.

US Release Date: Nov. 15, 2011

I was not enamoured with the demo for this, maybe the quick look will convince me otherwise (I'm guessing not, my heart is a piece of flint.)

I played through the demo of this last night and I just played it with a big shit-eating grin on me the whole time. If it wasn't such a busy time of the year, I would be picking this up. I will probably wait until after Christmas to pick it up; seems like the price may slide down pretty quick.

The opening scene is filled with Beyond Good and Evil references, the fly almost being sucked in through a characters nose, Jades signature red umbrella from the BG&E 2 trailer

Also super stoked about this game
