    Quill is a member of the Rito tribe, and serves as a postman. He's first seen delivering mail to Link's house on Outset Island at the beginning of the game, and steps in to convince Tetra to allow Link to ride her ship to the Forsaken Fortress.

    Later in the game, he helps Link meet the Rito Chieftain at Dragon Roost Island, gives Link the Delivery Bag, points Link in Jabun's direction at Greatfish Isle, and rescues Link from Ganondorf at the Forsaken Fortress.
