Saw this game on GOG and decided to try it on a whim (mostly because I liked the look of its digital box cover). I've had fun with it so far. The challenge is starting to ramp up, which I like. The graphics are simple but very cool. It's got a good atmosphere and the music is electronic and ambient, which I dig. Great sense of speed, too.

I wish the runs lasted a little longer, though the game's difficulty makes it super satisfying when you really get your stride (a bit like Mirror's Edge). Despite that, it looks like the upgrade system and challenges will keep me playing for quite a few hours at least. The world you race in is procedurally generated and is supposed to change every day, too, but since I've only tried it tonight I don't know how drastic a change it is. I've seen five or six distinct regions so far.

It's half off on GOG right now and FWIU it's coming to Steam soon. It's worth mentioning that you have to register on the dev's site to play, which I guess is an anti-piracy/email harvesting measure. Doing so automatically signs you up for the dev's NL, which I nixed.
