Rafael Nadal is a nine-time Grand Slam champion, which includes an Australian Open, five French Opens, two Wimbledon titles and a US Open title. He also won a gold medal at the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics. In August 2008, he reached a career-high of number one in the world. He completed the Career Grand Slam (win all four Grand Slams) and the Career Golden Slam (win all four Grand Slams and the Olympics gold medal) in 2010. He is the 4th man to achieve the Career Grand Slam and only the 2nd to achieve the Career Golden Slam, after Andre Agassi.
Rafael Nadal holds several records and achievements. At the age of 24 is already considered one of the best players of all time, alongside Rod Laver, Pete Sampras, Andre Agassi and Roger Federer, and the best clay player ever to grace the court.
His rivalry with Roger Federer is also considered the greatest in the history of the game. They've played a record 7 Grand Slam finals and 9 Master Series finals. Their 2008 Wimbledon finals match is considered by many as the greatest match ever played.
He has also lent his likeness to numerous tennis video games.
