Big Al is a character featured in the Ratchet and Clank Franchise. Al is from a prestigious family of nerds, Known for his computer-based skills, he usually provides upgrades or modifications for Clank.

Captain Qwark

Deluded superhero from the Ratchet & Clank series. Although his outward appearance is a mighty superhero, Captain Qwark is a supreme coward who hides behind Ratchet when danger is near. Always prepared to save his own skin over anyone else's, even while trying to help avert disaster.

Captain Slag

Clank

Clank was originally built to be a worker drone but an error in the system makes him a small brainy robot. He meets up with a Lombax named Ratchet, and together they save the universe from evil.

Courtney Gears

Courtney Gears is a parody of pop star Britney Spears, who conspires with Dr. Nefarious in his attempts to gain galactic domination

Cronk

Cronk is the personal robotic bodyguard to Talwyn Apogee.

Dan Johnson

Dan Johnson is based off of an old Insomniac/High Impact Games employee of the same name. Sadly, he died in 2006, but his character is still in Ratchet & Clank.

Dr. Nefarious

The Main Antagonist of The Ratchet and Clank series and is the most recurring villain. He hates all organic life and is pro-robotocism alone despite formerly being one.He is the Archenemy of Ratchet,Clank,and Captain Qwark.

Emperor Percival Tachyon

Emperor Tachyon is the last known Cragmite in the galaxy, determined to gain revenge on all Lombaxes for the disappearance of his kind.

Klunk

Klunk is the evil version of Clank, who intially works for Nefarious, before becoming a fully-fledged villain in Secret Agent Clank

Lawrence

Lawrence is the personal assistant and butler to evil mastermind and fellow robot Dr. Nefarious.

Lord Vorselon

A very skilled assassin that lost his body in a fight. He escapes Ratchet once defeated plenty of times.

Mr. Zurkon

Mr. Zurkon is a combat droid who appears in the Ratchet and Clank Future series of video games. He aids Ratchet with his arm laser blaster and often spews insults at his enemies.

Orvus

Orvus is the leader of the Zoni, creator and timekeeper of the Great Clock and is also Clank's father

Rusty Pete is the comical robotic pirate sidekick to Captain Slag in Ratchet and Clank Future: Tools of Destruction and Quest for Booty

Sigmund is the junior caretaker at the Great Clock, left in charge during Orvus' absence.

A fiesty female alien, who assists Ratchet in finding the Lombax secret

The Plumber is a recurring character in the series, who frequently manages to turn up in areas that Ratchet and Clank also visit.

Zephyr

Zephyr is a robotic companion of Talwyn, who spends as much time arguing with Cronk as defending his master.
