On Steam Flash Sale - Any more people playing than the QL?

This is on sale for $3.40 on Steam right now and was thinking about getting it (Probably a four pack so I could give three out to some GB Duders) but didn't know if player count has gone up any since the QL, anyone play it or thinking about picking this up now?

And I know 3.40 seems like an easy buy but on Steam everythings an easy buy and then I'm broke again as I've heard others say as well

I grabbed it for that price just for a chance to see someone crash a helicopter in real time.
