This is great news. I was this close to buying it on PS3, but I guess I'll wait. I wouldn't have had time to play it before April anyway.

No online Multiplayer :(
From what I hear, this game has some sequences in it where the tiniest bit of network lag would have driven everyone playing insane and unable to complete some of the levels. I doubt this is the reason there is no MP, but that's the excuse some people seem to use. Nevertheless, don't let the lack of MP be the deciding factor in your decision to purchase. The game's still great and it's releasing at a reasonable price (matching what it currently goes for on consoles), in addition to Ubisoft relaxing their DRM.

Hopefully this means Ubisoft is done with dumb and obstructive DRM, but I worry that this is just the exception. Something like "Well the console version didn't sell, so let's try anything to make money of this."
They're probably testing the waters. If this sells well, they might consider keeping it, but I think they're expecting it to fail and then they can just point at it as an example and say "see, look no one bought it and everyone pirated it when we didin't use DRM!!!" So the moral of the story is - EVERYONE BUY THIS GAME!!!! Show Ubi that you like it when they don't use DRM.
The problem with this is that this is a game that had lackluster sales even on consoles. If the same extends to the PC, and for the same reasons (whatever the hell they are, aside from it releasing at a bad time), they could still use the game as a scapegoat to further justify their methods. I'm hoping this isn't the case, though.
