Whenever I enter the code, the game says "Failed to connect to Rockstar Code unlock server." 
 
Is anyone else having this problem? Are there solutions?

Having the EXACT same problem since I brought it home last night.  Also, I can't connect to the multiplayer.

Same here.  I wonder how the soundtrack is going to be delivered.  As MP3s to your xbox hard drive?  That seems weird.

I couldn't get a connection to the multiplayer today either, although I had no problems with it last night.  My guess would be that RDR was a bigger hit than Rockstar was expecting... "

It's quite obvious they didn't expect much form it. The lack of announcement for a limited/collector's edition for the US for such a long long time should have tipped you off.

Rockstar is a bunch of professional COWBOYS -- I'm sure they'll figure it out soon enough. I personally can't wait to go get my own copy of the game!

you guys 360?  Works fine for me on PS3.  You enter code and you have to actually do tasks to get the costume...it appears.  I was thinking I'd be able to use it from the start.
 
also, I might add, that when I entered the code it instantly said "costume installed".  No d/l...no nothing.  Hence, most likely already on disk.  Bit hard to care tho with all the costumes that come with the game to begin with.

Yeah, 360 here.  Haven't tried mp, but still can't unlock my stuff.

I didnt preorder, but the gamestop employees gave me a preorder copy anyways

This would work a whole lot easier if they just did a regular 25-digit code.

No problems what-so-ever on the ps3. already got my exclusive preorder gift and the Social Club Exclusive cheats as well.

not working on 360 for me either....

most likely the xbox servers are getting curb-stomped with the amount of people trying to log into the social club. i have been getting errors all day.
