" Why would you even play a Rockstar game if you want to skip everything and get to the end? They are known for their rich storylines, variety of characters and a huge world to explore. How can you possibly skip the cutscenes? I'm curious... "like I said earlier, I played the game on and off, so I don`t see the point in watching the cut scenes again after seeing them before

Is it me, or was the game really short? ( no spoilers )
Same exact story here, man. But, I probably would never have played through the rest of them if I hadn't played through 4 first. The gameplay conventions are simply too primitive now.
It's probably gonna take a huge chunk of your time if you aim for the 100%, but I'd have to admit that the main storyline is kinda short. I was hoping that the last story arc drags out a little longer. I was beginning to feel a little attached to the Marston family.

" @ShowMeister said:Erm, how does one relate to a topic like this without having completed the game? For someone who skips cutscenes, you sure are bothered about spoilers. "I put no spoilers in the title so that no one who goes on this topic will be spoiled of the ending... "
" @The_Laughing_Man said:Why?" @blazerx9x said:i did the exact same thing and it took me 13-15 hours "" @The_Laughing_Man: i did skip most cut scenes, and I did use the improved campsite to travel places, so that`s probably one reason "Then you just speed ran it. You enjoyed none of the game then. So no its not short. Its just the way you played "
How did you beat it that quickly? It took me forty something to beat it, and I got the time over 50 by doing some side quests and things that I didn't finish before beating it?
" @blazerx9x said:yup... you just ruined a great experience for yourself and rushed an amazing adventure :(" @The_Laughing_Man: i did skip most cut scenes, and I did use the improved campsite to travel places, so that`s probably one reason "Then you just speed ran it. Took me 35 hours on my first playthrough
7 extra hours? More like 50. I played it from start to finish and from 0 to 100% in about 50 hours and I didn't even fast travel. And it was the first Rockstar game where I didn't go on a collecting spree just because I felt like I had to but because I wanted to and enjoyed it. (Although trying to kill cougars and bears with knives wasn't as enjoyable than the rest of it." i`ve just now been replaying the game, didn`t realize there were like, 7 extra hours of things to do "
Uhhh... I have over 2 days just in the single player, and I still haven't beaten it. So I would say no, not too short.
