Held off on buying RDR for a bit in hopes of a price drop. Finally ran out and got it yesterday and popped it in for a few minutes before bed. That was a mistake. What a masterpiece and that is coming from someone who generally got bored with the story in GTA. The combination of the swap to the old west, more interesting characters and amazing voice acting/syncing has me hooked. Can't wait to go home and play some more.
On a sadder note, I didnt realize that things you ran into with your horse would die. Some poor farmer lost their family dog to me approaching the town too quickly. On top of that, some sicko skinned it. For shame.
