Also, I got it by just changing free roams until I found a free roam with lots of people not in posses and then I just started inviting everybody and when they accepted, I told them what I was doing and they were good with staying in until I got the achievement.  So if you're short, just start inviting people.  If they don't accept, move to a different free roam and try again.  Once you're in a posse, if the leader changes free roams, you still stay together and can continue to add people to your posse in different free roam sessions.

You only need like one other dude to get started on it.

You can pretty much get it with just one other guy,you only need 8 people in a posse for the achievement,so if you guys get one or two of the guys above you'll only need like 5 or 6 random people from free roam to join your posse.
It's not too hard to get,I got it with one other dude from here,so good luck.

Like I said before guys,just ask another guy from here to help you personally,send them a message or something,it's really easy to get if you and one other guy team up for it.
 
Remember that you have to switch as the posse leaser to get it,so if your a posse leader and there's 7 guys with you then you'll get it but they won't,so quit as leader and then request to join the posse,and whoever is leader then will get it.
