I have beaten the game twice, and I don't recognize those screens either. They must have been cut from the game or something. 

Is the first one in Blackwater? Don't you rob the bank there or something?

I haven't played any of the DLC, so I can't say that they aren't in there.

The next four look like the train robbing mission. Can't remember where that was in the story exactly.

At first I thought it might of just been the free-roam multiplayer, with players using the main character skins, but noticing John's multiple costumes (and Javier as well, who wasn't made to be a skin through the DLC) has really gotten me intrigued. I think it may of been from a trailer as Tali said, or just some incredibly well edited pictures.

Seem much more like promo images. I think I saw these before the game was released. *The I used to run with a gang" Ones.
