Red Dead Redemption is the spiritual successor to 2004's Red Dead Revolver, featuring a vibrant, open world set in the decline of the American Wild West. Players take on the role of former outlaw John Marston, who is forced to hunt down his former gang to regain his family.
This mode is awesome. The holy water, bait, and dynamite and different classes just make it great. At first, I thought the time-limit was gonna kill but when Sudden Death happens is when shit goes down. It got to the point where I was the last one alive and literally ran out of all my ammo, and I was running around with my torch and the 3 guys I was playing with were just laughing their ass off because of the amount of zombies I had behind me. Who else thinks this mode deserves some credit? The single player is great but this mode just made me want to play RDR a hell of a lot more.
I came into hit hating the concept and thinking it was the direct opposite way the game needed to go. But wow. This is fucking awesome. I have never been this pleasantly surprised by DLC.
