Director of GDI after a nuclear strike destroyed the GDSS Philadelphia in Command & Conquer 3: Tiberian Wars
Played by Billy Dee Williams, the Director is the face of GDI. Director Redmond Boyle is not directly involved in battles and does not have the military knowledge of a General, but likes to involve himself anyway.
