    Overview

    Video game industry veterans Jools Watsham and Gregg Hargrove co-founded Renegade Kid in 2007. The company is best known for its retro platformer, Mutant Mudds and daring to create original first person horror/sci-fi shooters on Nintendo DS.

    Closure

    On August 29 2016, Renegade Kid announced that co-founders Watsham and Hargrove agreed to amicably split off into separate companies, Atooi and Infitizmo. Their IP would be divided into 2D and 3D categories and split between the two new companies. Atooi would retain the Mutant Mudds, Xeodrifter, Bomb Monkey, Treasurenauts IP, while Infitizmo would take the Dementium, MOON Chronicles, and ATV Wild Ride / ATV Renegades IP.
