    Amazing....
    My jaw dropped every minute because of this game. Is it real? Can a game be that good?
    I didn't believe it how addicted I was when I first played on my friend's gamecube....When it came to PS2, I ate it!
    I didn't like the other RE that much but this one ruled!
    Amazing graphics, addicting gameplay
    The ones who played this game and then say it's so-so are @$$holes.
    So if you have a PS2 or a gamecube what are you doing?
    Instead of reading run to a game shop near your house and buy this must have game!

      What started off with so much promise simply doesn't keep the amazement through every stop on the long trip. Thankfully the destination was worth it. Positives + It looks and sounds great + The escort levels are well managed + The beginning and the end deliver an exciting experience + Good mix of switch puzzles Set-backs - The middle of the game felt slow, drawn out, an lacking in fresh game-play experiences - The 'horror' of this survival horror title dulls after a few hours - My first time...

      I'm an extreme latecomer to Resident Evil 4, having never owned a GameCube and never getting around to the PS2 version until recently. All I can say is, I wish I played this game sooner. It's unreal both how good this game is in terms of level design, action sequences and combat, but how heavily mimicked this game is. More recent blockbusters like Dead Space, Gears of War and Metal Gear Solid 4 pick up so much of what was done perfectly here in this game, which is perhaps the highest compliment ...
