I am definitely a member. I would much rather play through the game and try to unlock all the bonuses.

I wouldn't say it's too stressful, I just don't care for the game mode. It's Resident Evil 5 minus the only things that makes the game playable (Story and my infinite magnum ^_^). I didn't care for it in 4 either.

I don't quite like mercenaries as much as I did in 4 but I still enjoy it. Hell, the best I felt in a while was when me and my friend got double S ranks when I was playing as normal Sheva on Public Assembly.

Yeah it aint the same without hunk (although the neck break remains :D )
But it is mad fun with friends, as long as you relax and just go for fun it aint stressful at all

It's very, very stressful at first, but once you learn the maps and get good and inventory-reloading, it's pretty amazing. Still intense, but much more fun. I find it to be more addictive than Gears of War's Horde.

Also, I think it's best to play it with a partner for a little while, just to get a hold on the map layout and the rhythm of the enemy waves. Then, going solo isn't so bad.

Much agreed. I started out solo and was doing a piss-poor job on my own. Once I started playing with a partner and got the gist of things, my solo playing improved. I'm getting a lot of S and A rankings now.
