The WiiU should be out by the time this comes out, unless Nintendo wants to launch the thing in December, and Resident Evil 4 sold great on the Wii, around 2 million I believe. Do you think this will also come to the WiiU?

Do you think there will be a WiiU version?
This is Capcom, so I'm sure they'll be happy to release another version of it, but this has probably been in development for too long to come out on the Wii U anywhere near the same time. Holiday 2013, though, quite possibly.
@Marokai: I dunno dude, I mean if they could launch this thing near the launch of the WiiU they pretty much have a good chance of moving a bunch of units since their main competition will be the standard launch shovelware.
@spazmaster666: No, I have zero interest in the WiiU. I'm just curious. Seeing as the WiiU is confirmed to have a bunch of other ports, Arkham City, Darksiders 2 etc., I was wondering if people thought this would be ported or made for it as well.
Yeah, it seems to follow Capcom's current business model.@Jeust said:
Probably a special version, like a Resident Evil VI Gold with all the DLC, and maybe some additions.I see something like this occurring. A similar thing happened with Resident Evil 4 on the Wii (which as far as I know, is considered the best version of the game).
Eh I'l be getting this on PS3. I'm also totally getting a WiiU but in all honesty it's probably going to end up just being used for exclusives.

I really am tired of gimmicks(motion control) in this gen. I'm skipping the WiiU version of RE6 unless the hardware of the console makes it look significantly better than this gen, and there's an option to play with a normal controller.
The Wii U controller is basically a normal controller with a touch screen in the middle.

Porting their games onto everything? Yeah, sounds about right. There'll be a Vita version with a playable sackboy down the line, too.

That would actually be awesome. Bringing silly fun back to games is always going to get a thumbs up from me. I just hope they build this thing (really just Mercs Mode) ready for DLC. It was totally stupid that RE5's mercs mode DLC locked you out from mix and matching the characters from the RE5 Mercs mode.
