I loved Gemini Rue. Anyone here has played this already? How is it? It's not on Steam, so I'm assuming it's only downloadable through their website.
I wonder if the duders are going to Quick-Look it. They should.

I am wondering this too; they mentioned it on the Bombcast and someone (I think inaccurately?) dropped that it was released on Steam. They also dropped that it was pretty good, so I'm excited about picking it up. I really hope it does turn up on Steam, though.
If I remember correctly, it took a long time for Steam to finally sell Gemini Rue.
The game is out via the publishers website:

If you buy it there you get a DRM-free version and a Steam key. You can also purchase it via gog.com. I think it will be sold on the Steam store sometime next month.
I play it since yesterday and I really love it. The story seems to be interesting so far (three hours in), the characters are good and I like the voice acting. If you are unsure, there is a demo that gives a pretty good impression.
@Winternet: They already did one. http://www.giantbomb.com/quick-look-gemini-rue/17-4064/
My bad. Yeah I was intrigued when I saw it. Hope Vinny quick looks it too.

He wants a quicklook of Resonance not Gemini Rue. It's from the guys who made Gemini Rue.
@Castro: That's odd I have a 64-bit Windows 7 too and I played Gemini Rue fine. Although I had it launch from Steam, so there might have been something different about the launch configuration on it.
I ordered a boxed version for some reason. So who knows when that arrives. Summer time is the time for Logan Cunningham.

Hmm I thought I edited this already. Yeah I realized it as soon as I posted it.
First reviews are in (Rock Paper Shotgun), the game seems to great! I love the adventures by wadjeteye! Buying it now!
@Winternet: Yep I've been playing it - so far it's pretty damn awesome! I'm probably about an hour or two in... and the story and gameplay are truely amazingly well done! Can't wait to see what @WadjetEye comes up with next!
I just finished it. I very much enjoyed it. The story keeps you interested and the new way the inventory and dialog is handled works well. The puzzles are enjoyable and typically make sense other than one near the end that felt contrived (magnets and container lifting... ugghh). I think Gemini Rue and the Blackwell series are better games, but it's still good. There really wasn't much for character interaction...which is my favourite part of adventure games.
According to the front page, it looks like we are indeed getting a Resonance quick look at 12PM EST.
The quick look is now up here; I was pretty impressed! It didn't start with as memorable of a moody, atmospheric opening as I remembered from Gemini Rue, but there are a lot of unique aspects about the game that make it interesting.
Not only that, but there was a part of the quick look where the game did a great job at building tension.
I'm going to buy this off the Wadjet Eye website. Apparently if you buy it directly from them, they'll give you the Steam code for it; it's not directly on Steam right now for some due to some odd regional issues.
Playing this, it's pretty great. I liked the subway moment, a bit of romantic thing going on.
SPOILERS!
That bedroom moment is so intense, and when the teddy bear winks, I thought that was weird but basically it was a hint that you're in a dream.
END SPOILERS!At the hospital now, just got rid of the secretary, and trying to find the first three letters of R Valdez...
I'm playing it. I like it a lot. Engaging story, interesting puzzles, good music, and I enjoy the multiple protagonists idea and how their separate story threads intersect.
Some of the voice acting is pretty stiff in my opinion, but on the whole it's great. Anyone who likes past Wadjet Eye games (Gemini Rue, Blackwell Trilogy, etc.) or just adventure games in general will probably dig this.
@JCTango: I felt there was nothing that indicated that the problem was a
