Richard Baxter is a games developer, starting his work with Psygnosis in 1992. He worked as part of an external department, who among other things, worked on Formula 1 alongside Bizarre Creations. He remained at the company for five years, before leaving for Codemasters in 1997. He remained a part of Codemasters until January 2000, before leaving the company.
From leaving Codemasters in January 2000, until August 2000, Baxter was a senior producer at Hasbro Interactive. He then left the company and moved to LTStudios. When the company closed down in 2004, he acted as a freelancer alongside Traveller's Tales, and developed some of the AI in Crash: Twinsanity for Vivendi. In late 2004 he became an employee at Eutechnyx, and worked on Ford vs Chevy, as well as Big Mutha Truckers 2. Since leaving Eutechnyx in 2005 / 2006, he works as part of In2Games.
