Well our long national nightmare is over. I have completed the First Quest. I know this great tragedy has taken longer to resolve than any of us could of anticipated, but through honor, loyalty, and strong calves have enabled me to overcome those who have persecuted me in my quest to comment first. So go forth, return to your homes and families. Tell them that they need not suffer a moment longer.
Also Battlefield 3 looks cool.
2 months later...
Pre-ordered this yesterday for PS3. I'm not saying Battlefield 3 is better than Modern Warfare 3 or anything stupid like that I just want one shooter this year and this looks like a good pick. That said I was bored as fuck when I watched this demo during E3.

SO REAL
This is all cool until I realize i'll have to use Origin :/
Pre-ordered and good to go. Pretty satisfied with Origin's functionality to BF3.
Great. Saw it the first time.
They need to cut this cock tease bullshit out until they either have more to show or until beta starts.
Shit or get off the pot, as they say.
Yes. Some pretty neat ideas there.
Depending on whether I can build my PC, i'll possibly be preordering this soon :)
No, but ive used Origin for Sims and Alice- none of my friends are on the service- plus its annoying to have Impulse, Steam, and Origin- im sure there's another digital distribution service I have to use that im missing. Its just kinda lame for people who play a lot of different games- just more passwords/more shennanigans.

Your Sam & Max picture is quite fitting.
impulse doesnt run in games, add ea games as nonsteam games & use steam as your primary, simple
There is a separate social interaction structure and stats website built around Battlefield 3 called Battlelog. Origin is just the place where you download the game. If you add friends in BF3, those doesn't automatically befriend your Origin Account, but your Profile in BF3 instead.
