Road America is one of the most famous road race courses in the United States. The track itself is located in Wisconsin in between the cities of Green Bay and Milwaukee. The track is 4.048 miles in length and has 14 turns. Since the track is very long, and only has 14 turns, there are lots of long straightaways where cars can reach speeds of up to 200 mph. Road America is also known for its many elevation changes. The course plays host to many important racing events for all kinds of vehicles, like cars, motorcycles, and karts. Famous events held at Road America include the American Le Mans, an event that is part of the Triple Crown of endurance racing, and a NASCAR Road Race in 1956.

Road America is featured in many racing games, including Forza Motorsport, NASCAR Racing 4, CART Fury: Championship Racing, and as a downloadable track for Forza Motorsport 2.
