Per the Rock Band Newsletter, the DLC for next Tuesday is as follows.

Another Warped Tour pack, including:

Dear and the Headlights - Sweetalk
The Devil Wears Prada - Hey John, What's Your Name Again?
Thrice - Image of the Invisible

In addition, there'll be a Foreigner 3 pack plus one song from Black Rebel Motorcycle Club:

Foreigner - Blue Morning Blue Day, Feels Like the First Time, and Headknocker
Black Rebel Motorcycle Club - Weapon of Choice

I'll consider the Foreigner tracks.
