So I thought about picking the game up used since it's dirt cheap now, but I have a question.  Will I miss out on anything if I buy the copy used?  I know EA likes doing things when you buy new copies, but I didn't hear anything about this game.  Can anyone shed some light on this?

I don't think so, but I'd like to know as well. I still haven't picked it up myself.

If I'm right then you won't be able to get the code to export the songs from the game, but apart from that I don't think you'll miss out on anything.

If you pick it up used, in-game you wouldn't miss out on anything.  But I would make sure it comes with a manual in case Harmonix uses it to export tracks from Rock Band 3 to the almost inevitable Rock Band 4 if you want to keep most of your tracks on one disc.

Maybe just buy it new to be safe. With it already being incredibly cheap everywhere, I'm not sure what your excuse is.
