I like Rock Band but this idea can go suck a block.

That doesn't make sense but I really wanted to say that.

It wouldn't be necessarily bad but sort of pointless.. Unless it's a skin or a mod or something.

What the crap would be the point? If anything it'd maybe be an expansion to Rock Band where your avatars could have Lego helmets.

I enjoyed the LEGO thing when it first started, but it's getting out of hand now.  The magic has worn off for me.

No more weird Lego games! If any type of Lego game should be made let it be a sand box type where people can just build stuff and share it similar to Little Big Planet.

I think recent LEGO games have been pretty unique and it wouldn't be bad seeing how LEGO Rock Band will turn out to be. But the soundtrack is definitely a point to argue. I hope they don't water it down to "kiddie music" because that will just mean a loss of selling point of Rock Band games.

let me guess, its going to be a fulll $60 to? or atleast $30.  sometihng like this could easily be a cheat code or something. anyone remember the old "bobble head cheap codes" in sports games that would make your team have a huge head? yeah this iwll be quit the rip off.

I would be okay with this if they didn't load it with children's songs. Maybe this is why Harmonix has been doing Naked Brothers Band songs and other Nickalodeon artists as DLC lately. I'm sure I wouldn't touch this with a ten foot pole due to a pretty much guarenteed crap setlist.

I think that the  lego game franchise has finally crossed the line.

Maybe they will surprise you, Jeff and actually comment.  Do you want that?  Do you REALLY want confirmation that we are getting yet ANOTHER set of Plastic Instruments?  This time ones that come with instructions and you have to build them out of LEGO blocks to play with them?  I wouldn't even want to know if such an abomination is coming out.  I wouldn't even want to know...

Having Lego people as downloadable content might be kinda cool, but there is no way this could be a stand alone game.

So this game defienitley has to have "We Built This City on Rock and Roll"

if they're doing this, then, if anything, it should be a pack you can download for a female and male character creation feature, with a couple lego themed venues and instruments.  i'd drop 5 bucks on that.
