A single-player dictator simulator where players guide a ficticious middle eastern country surrounded by three other ficticious middle eastern countries through a series of randomly-generated events and circumstances.
In the base game, the player's post-revolutionary transitional government must survive and ideally thrive for five years of in-game time to win but there are additional scenarios and game options that can affect the difficulty, duration and victory conditions of the game.
Gameplay is turn-based with a maximum number of significant actions being allowed per-turn and a randomly-selected event (usually involving some sort of impactful choice) at the end of each turn.
