    Overview

Roundabout is the debut title from No Goblin, a studio founded by Dan Teasdale and Panzer.

In Roundabout, the player needs to pick up passengers and drive them to their destinations. The catch: the limousine is constantly spinning in circles! To move around in Roundabout, the player needs to time the limousine's movement with the constant rotation in order to curve around obstacles, buildings, and more.

Set in 1977, Roundabout tells the rise to fame story of Georgio Manos, arguably the world's most famous revolving chauffeur. While driving players around the town of Roundabout, players will learn about the dizzying highs, terrifying lows, and secret loves of a revolving limousine driver. They'll experience the seventies in the only authentic way possible: with full motion video set in the interior of a limousine.

    Characters

Roundabout's narrative framing consists of revolving limousine driver Georgio Manos (Kate Welch) picking up passengers and driving them to their destinations. These passengers include:

    • Beth (Jillian Carol): Beth is Georgio's love interest and driving motivation in Roundabout.
    • Mickey the Mechanic (Eric 'e' Neustadter): Mickey plays the role of supportive coach and oversupportive parent to Georgio. Mickey wants Georgio to be the best at any cost.
    • Ronaldo (Psychedelic Eyeball): Ronaldo is the antagonist of Roundabout. He is French-Canadian, so he's clearly evil.
    • Jeffrey the Skeleton (Medibot): Jeffrey is Georgio's skeleton pal! He only shows up when Georgio eats candy dots.
