    The Roving Trader Outfit is a piece of clothing, first appearing in Fallout 3. The Roving Trader Outfit increases a player's Barter skill by 5, which can prove to be beneficial when buying or selling from merchants. It is possible to find the outfit on bodies around the Capital Wasteland of Fallout 3. The Roving Trader Outfit can be combined with the Roving Trader Hat in order to increase Barter skill by 10, as both items increase Barter skill by 5. The outfit has a Weight of 2, and a Value of 6, meaning that it is very average in both respects. It can be repaired with other outfits from around the wastelands.
