A.C.E.S or Advanced Combat Enhancement and Specialization is the experience system used to add customization to player-character Bishop in in Rainbow Six Vegas 2.
Action RPG (Action Role-Playing Game), also known as ARPG, refers to RPGs (role-playing games) that use direct, real-time, reflex-oriented, action combat systems, instead of the more abstract turn-based or menu-based battle systems.
The systems in these games are governed by rules from the pen-and-paper RPG Advanced Dungeons & Dragons. There have been many turn-based and action RPGs that have utilized parts of the AD&D rule set.
Attributes are a numerical representation of a character's abilities who have their roots in RPGs. Today, attributes have spilled over to a wide range of game genres.
