RPG Maker VX

RPG Maker VX is a tool for Windows XP and Vista that allows you to design and play your own RPG. RPG Maker VX requires no programing knowledge. VX allows the designer to create their own tile sets, character sprites, and scripts.

Developed by Enterbrain and the successor to RPG Maker XP.

Reception

The response to the game has generally been mixed. It's gotten positive feedback due it being easier to use than previous RPG-making games. On the other hand, the battle system has been criticized for it's weak graphics and it's focus on being text-based.
