I tried logging onto Runes of Magic a few minutes ago, but got a "Name or password incorrect" message. However, when I tried logging into the site itself, it worked. Anyone else got this problem?

No. It is a very old issue with the game. Which they have never fixed. You have to change your ini file.  
 
 
 [Server] 
 IP=rom-eneu-srv.runewaker.com 
 
to 
 
 IP=rom-enus-srv.runewaker.com  
 
and then make the file Read-Only.

EDIT: Nevermind. Found it.

Program files. "Runedev"  Make sure to keep a back up copy of your ini in case something goes wrong.

Also make the the little button on the launcher says " U.S " Or what ever. Aside from that you will have to go to their forums. This issue has been around since the game launched and they never fixed it.

I'm european. So I'm not actually screwing this yet, I've deleted all the files and I'm now redownloading everything. I think the problem could've been that i registered a "EU"-account, but now I should have an US one. We'll see.
Too bad if this doesn't work. I'm really psyched.

They have not fixed it since the game started. You pretty much have to go look up the fix or message support.  "

Yeah I think by the sounds of it it's cause you had an EU acc, I registered myself a US acc and I'm pretty sure an option of region came up whilst installing the game and I hit US there too.
