Does Ryans Tatoo make him better at games?

#1 Posted by Gylfi (58 posts) - 3 years, 9 months ago

Finally we have a forum to discuss this!

Now, we have all seen it, the 101010101 tattoo on his forearm. I wonder whats the story behind it, does it give him runic powers? Does it also make him a l33t hacker?? Is Ryan Davis unbeatable in video games when he activates it? Is he perhaps a enchanted super gamer created by the goverment to keep gamers under control?!

Whats you guys´s theory?

It's a distraction for in-person competitions. As you stare at it you will be destroyed.

According to my sources the binary code is really an Abbreviation that is supposed to be read backwards, as in REHTOM, and it stands for Radical truths containing Evolution, Homer, Tertullian, Ontological, and Mesos proofs for existence of god. These proofs are as follows:

Argument from Evolution, a.k.a. argument from personal incredulity
(1) If evolution is false, then creationism is true, and therefore God exists.
(2) Evolution can't be true, since I lack the mental capacity to understand it; moreover, to accept its truth would cause me to be uncomfortable.
(3) Therefore, God exists.

Argument from Homer, a.k.a,. presuppositionalist
(1) If reason exists then God exists.
(2) Reason exists.
(3) Therefore, God exists.

Argument from Tertullian, a.k.a argument from design
(1) If there is a designer, then God must exist.
(2) If I find a watch in a forest, there must be a designer.
(3) [Throws watch into forest.]
(4) Therefore, God exists.

Ontological argument
(1) God is either necessary or unnecessary.
(2) God is not unnecessary, therefore God must be necessary.
(3) Therefore, God exists.

Argument from Mesos, a.k.a Bad trip
(1) I went to a party and took LSD.
(2) I saw demons attacking me.
(3) Then Jesus came and drove the demons away.
(4) Therefore, God exists.

I am so glad that I checked this forum. I've been wondering for years what the deal is with that terrible tattoo. My quest is now complete. Thank you Jothel!

I think I actually remember seeing this thread when it was first made.

I think this should be added to his Giant Bomb page if it isn't already. Then, no one will revive this thread again. Also, I love @K9's explanation.

I hope you guys know it says MOM in binary right... Oh what the hell. Yeah that tattoo gives him the ability to breath underwater and talk to sharks.

EDIT

@K9: OMG I didn't read your post. PRICELESS

This line of questioning is all wrong. Ryan Davis makes Ryan's TATTOO better at video games.

I thought it said "Tatooine" when I first out it in my peripheral vision.

I honestly wish there were more users like this on the forums today. Where are you, K9?!
