I'm not really sure if this will bother most GiantBomb users. But to any Saints Row 2 fans here, and ones looking forward to the DLC. bad news.

It is only one week, but to announce that 2 days before...kinda sucky. I only just found that out so apologies if you some of you knew already.

Apparently it's to do with Volition wanting to sync it with the Red Faction Demo...but i honeslty don't know if that's the case.

    Still, the DLC is rad.

I'm sure they must have good reasons delaying it with this short notice. Something big must have come up in the testing.

Snooping round the official SR 2 forums, it doesn't sound like that at all. V-singular (community manager guy, swell dude) said straight up:

Q: Why was the DLC delayed?

A: Our upcoming game, Red Faction: Guerrilla has a single-player demo releasing on April 23rd as well to the general public. Since the SR2 DLC features RF:G content, we wanted to sync them up so gamers can experience both quality Volition titles.

One hand i understand that...but on the other...shouldn't they have planned that way ahead of time? or at least before they dropped the 16th of April date on the DLC...it does suck. A week's a week though i suppose.

Tera Patrick DLC has been delayed a whole week?! I guess I'll have to get my Tera fix through other means. Oh no.

    Haha.

There is thankfully more to it than that, otherwise we could all get Tera Patrick downloads for free...and by other means.

Man, i just wonder what else they got in mind for future DLC...i don't know of any other Volition games they could decide to release DLC alongside with 2 days before it should come out...So i guess the next one should be on time.
