It's kind of a waste. I was hoping for something crazy for the gimmick voice, not an alternate American white dude voice that occasionally refers to himself as Nolan North.

It is him, as himself. (He actually refers to himself by name on occasion).

It would be awesome if that voice is just called Nolan North in the character creation process. Like, 'male voice 1...3' and then just 'Nolan North'.

At some point they should have also just gotten Steve Blum to do it too and make this a thing.

I've played the last two using the vaguely Hispanic female voice, which I imagine I'll do this time too.

Maybe Jennifer Hale is in it, although she's pretty good at disguising her voice. Hmmm.

Steve Blum already did the zombie voice in SR3. He can't go back to his normal voice now.

He's doing the voice or IS the voice. Also, this was a great year for nolan north, hopefully they do the northies again (he was in a game where he gave a fantastic/completely unexpected performance. Id say what game, but its better to find out on your own)

The Hispanic voice is gone, so is the Russian. They've been replaced by a French accent (Diane Michelle) and a Southern accent (Sumalee Montano). Laura Bailey and the male voices from SR3 are returning.

Can I just choose Keith David?

And make Keith David's voice Nolan North?

I really loved Male Voice 3 (Robin Atkin Downes, the British guy) in Saints Row the Third, but I can't not pick Nolan North.

I'm dissapointed they got rid of the hispanic male after Saints Row 2.

They have to have a Northies this year if only to just give it to this.

Great. GREAT. Keep it coming SRIV. Personally, though I'm still going to have to go with the black dude. Been my favorite voice in SR2, and I think it's the most consistent voice for the entire series(I'm pretty sure he might even voice The Boss' few lines in SR1 if you're black).

@greggd: I'm preeeetty sure, but not 100%. Since at the beginning, it specifically asks which race you are, I think that might be what the trigger is. How I figured it out though, is the first time I played it through, I played as a Caucasian, and when he spoke, it seemed like he had a pretty standard white dude voice, not unlike Troy Baker(though it definitely wasn't him). However, when I later played through as an African-American sometime after I played SR2, I noticed his voice sounded a lot like the guy who does the black guy's voice in SR2-SR4.

Again, I could be wrong, but it certainly seemed that way.

Hmmm, this may dethrone my British voiced Saint from 3.

I can confirm that Riff Raff was brought in to be the DJ in one of the radio stations, which is pretty much the best thing in my opinion.

I have to stick with the British dude after the AMAZING 'It's like a helicopter fucked a jet' line in SR3.

Oh man. It will be hard choosing between this voice and the cockney one when the time comes. Either way, well done Saints Row.

I am probably the only person wondering why Julius is giving a speech and all, what with me having killed him in SR2. Oh well :p. Game still looks awesome, I will still stick with psychotic Australian voice or default voice. Nolan North playing himself is quickly becoming a tired trope.
