When invading aliens capture the Saints and imprison their minds in a digital recreation of Steelport, it's up to the Boss (who by now has become the President of the United States) to free Earth from its oppressive new overlords.
Should Saints Row 4 keep the purple theme?
This, come the fuck on.You're getting really desperate for threads to make.
I mean, the Saints are purple. Come on.
considering the fact that every time i see someone wearing purple, i think of the Saints, it's probably not a good idea to screw with something that's becoming that Iconic.

Yeah for real. Maybe you should have saved this for a blog about the history of the color and the psychological impact of the Saints on the populations of Stillwater and Steelport or something.
@FluxWaveZ: @Pazy: @Mr_Skeleton: @Demoskinos: @DeeGee: @TaliciaDragonsong: @insane_shadowblade85: @UnrealDP: @Sooty: @The_Ruiner: @Ravenlight: @MikeGosot: To respond to everybody, I should have added some more information. So Saints Row 1 and 2 featured them as purple, but the impact of the colour was nowhere near as much as it was in Saints Rows the Third. Every single thing revolving around the Saints was Purple. I would love to see them change the colour based around the fact that your character is bored with the colour and changes it completely.
@Hizang: That's exactly what I'm saying. Going from most of the responses, it's obvious that people are opposed to a color change and maintain that purple is the inherent color to that gang and it would be less great if another color was chosen to represent them.
Maybe there could be a one-off mission where the gang colors are changed to bright yellow or something for a particular reason, but other than that I don't think a permanent change would be a positive thing for most people.
Even though I'm personally not a massive fan of purple, it's still who The Saints are. They were originally coloured purple because it's the colour that's made up of red and blue, symbolising how The Saints are 'better' and are able to beat the other two gangs; Vice Kings are yellow because of the relevance of Benjamin King, even though they do still shut his operations down. Plus it represents royalty, or something. Point is they've been purple for so long that there's no reason for it to change at this point.
That wouldn't be funny. Only dumb and confusing. The Saints are purple and should remain as such.@FluxWaveZ: It would totally be worth it, I'd love for them to just change the colour and then make no comments about why they did it in game or out of game.
Every standard color out there you can associate one of the former gangs with it from 1-2-3.
Purple is Saints, Saints is Purple.
In the first game I dressed in purple because the game said "get more respect"
The second I began to gravitate toward purple color clothing because it felt right
The third EVERYTHING IS PURPLE
They better. My lady boss is gonna have red hair, a purple thong, and nothing else. If the Saint's ain't purple no more she's just gonna look silly.
