So, one thing I've really enjoyed in this game, is the fact that some of the dialogue varies between the male and female protagonists. Usually most of it is the same, but sometimes there's whole phrases and thinking that completely changes in moments of banter and one-liners... and usually for the better. 
 
One of my favorites thus far? 
 

''I CALL CHIPS FRIES!'' (or something akin to that) my cockney confessed during the final mission when Pierce laments that they all might day during this battle. Also the Cyrus Temple mission is definitely some of the funniest shit in a game across a long span of time. Every piece of dialogue during that portion is gold, and I plan to do a playthrough with every voice just to see the dialogue differences. Plus I probably would have anywhoo because I'm weird like that.

Currently playing through again as a handsome asian fellow... with the zombie voice. I've also got some early save files with the russian chick voice and the default lady voice, but I'm much more excited to see all the cutscenes whilst my character just spouts a load of garbled nonsense (singing All I Got with Pierce using that voice has already pushed me on a fair bit). Plus according to Ryan the zombie mission is meant to have ''something special'' if you play through it with the zombie voice.

Pierce: What the hell do these guys got on their heads?
Boss: I don't know, but it kinda turns me on.
Pierce: Wait what?
Boss: uhh nothing, keep looking.
 
Oh and the Cyrus mission? Priceless.
"Welcome back Commander."
"Eh, Wassup?"

I wanted the female avatar but the cockney voice (only available as male) - but it just weirded me out. In the end I liked rolling around with the chick, fat slider maxed out, dressed up in pasties + clown pants so had to stick with her :(

With the Russian Lady Accent:

Boss: I need a gun

Shaundi: Use your phone to find Friendly Fire

Boss: Friendly Fire does not deliver, Shaundi, that does not help me

The Boss is just way more of a dick as a Russian and it's great.

Russian Ladyboss's line in the scene you mentioned is even better, she asks Kia if she would fuck Pierce if Kia were Cyprus. The most awkward conversation of all time.

Playing as the black boss in that scene is also pretty funny.

"These uniforms leave too much to the imagination"

"What, sir?"

"Well, I'm just sayin' it's a shame to keep such a fine woman in body armor"

"I don't think that's appropriate"

"Do I have to issue a direct order to see you naked?"

"We have to see the upgrades first, then I can obey the chain of command"

when rescuing Kinsey from the boat Pierce and Shandi start fighting over Kinsey being a "shitty fed" and then eventually the default female voice says something along the lines of "great sexual tension." It was one of the more funny moments because you arnt expecting it, but i guess thats all of saints row.

It was the Russian Lady Boss voice that sealed the deal on the game for me. Having her chide Pierce as they drive to Safe Word and saying his safe word would probably be shoes. She's clever as shit. I loved it.

Or her confession during the Three Way mission:

"I want to make love to Pierce in front of a live studio audience!"

Actually it's the other way around. He says he called chips fries; which is obviously meant to be a little embarrassing because he's English n all.

I had the zombie voice, and when you go onto the ship to rescue Kinsey you still have it when disguised. So the whole time when that woman is leading you and talking to you as if you're the general person, you're grunting along like a zombie and it really puts her off. Only time in the game when the zombie voice was acknowledged.

I had to pause my game because I couldn't stop laughing. I played through the game with a friend and I had the zombie voice on the entire time. Best decision I ever made.

@ds8k: Yeah that, and the part where you and pierce start singing are the funniest parts in the game.

I can't remember any lines because I have a terrible memory, but Russian ladyboss 4 lyfe!

The revelation shared by the second dude voice during the final mission was

"I have an irrational fear of bees!"

I played default female and her lines where amazing. Her, jason statham and troy baker are my favorites of the "people" voices, What I heard of the other three are nowhere as good.
