    Is it possible to find gang members of the rival gangs after taking over 100% of an area?

    Nope. They'll still appear if you take the call for the survival stuff, but I assume this is for the ''taunt 50 gang members' thing? You'll have to start a new game I'm afraid.

    Thanks that's actually good to know, I wanted to make sure I wouldn't be screwed. I have everywhere except the Luchadores so I can finish the gang related Saints Book stuff.

    @ChadMasterFlash: I have a friend who hasn't been able to complete one of the assassination targets because it required building notoriety with the Mourning Stars whom he already eliminated. Just a heads-up.
