Is the DLC for The Complete Package on the disc?

I'm buying the Complete Package and need to know if the DLC is on the disc. My internet isn't the best at the moment so I'd rather not have to lug my PS3 to a friend's house just to download the DLC.

@Twitchey: II would assume it's codes, but I'm not 100%. It could totally be on disc and I'm just misinformed. Either way though, the best content is all on disc, so it doesn't matter too much.

I have it on the Xbox 360 and it comes on a second disc, so I would assume it's on the PS3 disc as well. Hope that helps! =)

It is all on disk, I just got it the other day and it all downloads. I have the PS3 version for the record.
