so i unlocked the HOMIE HELI skill but it doesn't show up on the phone

also OLEG and ANGEL are both unavailable on my phone

anyone else have this problem?

They show up in my phone, but a lot of times whoever I call doesn't show up.

Wow, they can die? That's actually kind of cool but still sucks!

I noticed soe homies won't answer the phone if you are in the wrong area. Make sure to be in an open space outside, preferably on a road.

@HellBrendy: That's usually what I do. I learned that lesson playing SR1/SR2. I've noticed that the AI can be pretty terrible when using vehicle delivery, so I just assume it's the AI being retarded.
