I pirated the game (not available physical or digital where I live and I cant order from an other country) You start off with most stuff that you are supposed to get from some missions. Like the tank, STAG jet & bike, killbanes mask and killbanes fists.. Are these stuff available at the beginning of the game or do you have to unlock them? It's the PC version
