I voted Yes because it's always been a AAA as far as my personal enjoyment scale is concerned, but the first two were a little too janky and lacked that certain je ne sais quoi that defines (the undefinable) AAA status.
I'd also like to take a moment to give credit to any Triple X or Double D jokes made in this thread.
@thechronodarkness Is whether or not it scores high what determines if something is triple A? I thought it was more about budget and production value of the game. Also reviewers have opinions that mat differ from yours. It doesn't take a "drugged brain" to figure that out.
AAA implies that at one point in the series it was an innovative title so, no. Is it a totally rad game, fuck yeah!
this comment is humorous to me. I can think of very few AAA titles (which means games with huge budgets, in terms of what games most people refer to as AAA) that are all that innovative. I mean, are we going to say that Halo Reach is super innovative? Or Black Ops?
