Very cool of them to share this odd little piece of history. I played ten minutes, and the very unfinished car physics are kind of amazing.

I dont get why more developers don't do this. They put the money and work into this thing just for it to get thrown into a closet? Its lack of monetary value is offset by the unique insight into the industry it offers. It provides a learning experience for both the developer and the community.

Oh, wow. Yeah, why can't more developers do this in the end. It'd be great to see more preservationism like this. They also gave out the design document for the game at the same time!

This is super weird and kinda awesome. In some way, it reminds me of the incomplete build of Resident Evil 1.5 that leaked onto the internet a few years back... except Volition is the one releasing their own incomplete cancelled game.

So you have to have a CFW-enabled PSP to play it? Cool, I have one of those! And because I have one of those, I never looked into PSP emulation. Anyone know how good that is these days?

While Volition made the release possible, the game was actually developed by the now defunct Savage Entertainment, LLC.

Think GameCube/Wii level emulation quality.

I really wish this happened more often. From the perspective of someone who loves preserving game information and working on the wiki this is so rad.
